About Jessica
It might start with a card...
Or a crossroads...
Or that quiet realization that something in your life no longer fits the way it used to.
That’s where my work begins – in the middle of change, when you’re figuring out who you are now and what comes next.
I’ve lived through so many of those moments. The chosen changes, like the moves that came with my husband’s military career – new towns, new friends, new ways of belonging every few years. And the unchosen ones – the loss of my dad, my husband’s brain cancer diagnosis, the kind of seasons that rearrange everything you thought was certain.
Each one taught me how to live inside uncertainty without losing myself.
How to find steadiness that doesn’t depend on control.
How to build a life that can keep changing and still feel like “you.”

Those chapters are why my work centers on helping people find their footing when everything around them is shifting.
I work with women who have full, demanding lives, who carry a lot, care deeply, and are ready to stop holding it all the old way. Together, we find what meaning and fulfillment looks like now and how to move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
Bringing together intuition and coaching, I help you make sense of what’s changing. We look at what’s ending, what still fits, and what wants to begin.
Sometimes that means finding your balance while everything’s in motion.
Sometimes it’s letting go of something that’s run its course.
Sometimes it’s remembering who you are before deciding what comes next.
For me, spirituality has never been about rising above being human. It’s about staying connected through it. This work isn’t about fixing or perfecting yourself. It’s about aligning what you believe, what matters to you, and how you live day to day.
If you’re in an in-between season – the pause, the pivot, the quiet reimagining of who you are and what’s next, let’s sit down with a cup of tea and talk about what’s next.
