Day Three — How do you slow down and choose? Tuesday, April 14
When life gets uncertain, we fall back on the same reactions, the same autopilot – even when it's clearly not working. On Day 3, you'll leave with a practice for creating just enough space to respond from where you're going, not just where you've been.

Yes. Replays will be available after each session. That said, there's something different about being in the room while it's happening. The live experience is designed to be interactive, not just instructional. If you can make even one live, do it.
Each session is 60-75 minutes. We start right on time. Beyond that, the practices we cover are designed to fit into your actual life – not add another thing to your list. Come as you are. No prep required.
